Peptide Synthesis & Purification Core Facility

The Peptide Synthesis & Purification Core Facility encourages innovative approaches to proteomic discovery by providing Brain Research Centre researchers with the latest peptide therapeutic platforms. The facility consists of a 6-channel peptide synthesizer capable of producing milligram to gram quantities of peptides for in vitro or in vivo applications, paired with a state-of-the-art Agilent HPLC/MS system able to perform either Analytical or Preparative HPLC. In addition, the facility can also produce custom designed peptide arrays.

Please note that this facility is only available to researchers affiliated with the Brain Research Centre, and operates on a strict cost-recovery basis. We are not currently offering services to outside academic or industry laboratories.
